Arnaud Lartigue
Arnaud has held senior positions in consulting firms and software companies, specializing in the technological transformation of large enterprises. He led the Consulting division at Atos Group and is an expert in data, its applications, and unlocking its value.
He excels in designing pathways that bridge corporate ambitions, existing realities, and organizational maturity.
Arnaud has shared his expertise in Data and Transformation as a guest lecturer at EM-Lyon Business School and the Institut Supérieur de Gestion.
He previously led the Value Engineering practice at Celonis, where he orchestrated value creation for users of the solution.
Driven by his belief in the transformative potential of process intelligence, Arnaud co-founded Prozesu. His goal is to bring his consulting expertise and deep knowledge of process intelligence to his clients.
Benoit Caplain
Benoit has built a rich career spanning finance, technology, and eCommerce. As a CFO, entrepreneur, advisor, and early data analyst, he is convinced that better use of data can unlock tremendous value.
Benoit has guided scale-ups and led transformation programs for major publicly listed companies. He has deep expertise in cash management, speed, growth, and skill development.
He contributed to the creation of digital factories at Air France and Sanofi and supported the growth of companies like Mistergooddeal, Nextedia, Private Outlet, and Tagenergy, holding roles in financial management and advisory. Benoit understands the intricacies of service delivery, honed through his leadership of Data Advisory teams at Atos and later Avanade.
With a background in mechanical engineering and a degree from the Grande École program at EM-Lyon Business School, Benoit’s career has also taken him to England and Portugal. He is Celonis certified.
Benoit co-founded Prozesu to share his expertise in data and growth hacking, driven by the potential of process intelligence.
